Day 4: Shea Gahru – Chatru – Chandratal – Chatru

Day 5: Chatru – Manali
Located in the Himachal Pradesh, the Hampta Pass Trek starts at Manali and takes 5 days to be completed at Chandratal. The height of the Hampta Pass is at an astounding 14100 ft. the Himalayas are considered as the best-chosen terrain to trek and explore rocky terrain. However, the aptest time to carry out this exploration would be between the months of June and September.
The journey is an exciting one as you will be initially required to take a road trip from Manali to Jobra from where the actual trek truly starts. The trek from Jobra and along is a delighting one as the scene consists of alluring pine forests, rock faces, vibrant Himalayan birds, various flowers ready to blossom and a series of trees such as Oak, Walnut, and Maple along with the river of Hampta gracefully flowing down its path and arrive at Chika, known for its attractive natural grass. The Hampta Pass is also connected with one of the most beautiful valleys named Kullu and Lahaul.
